Hi! Showing a 3D view that can help one compare your initial concept models with the final design would be very interesting. Also, if you are going with a photo-realistic model (not an absolute "must" in my opinion) then be careful with the textures / materials in your renderings. The grass you are using in the first slide is too "busy" whereas the marble grain in the last one showing the interior of the dining space is out of scale. Finally, make sure that any white surfaces look white and not grey, unless of course there is a shadow falling upon them.
