These are my final floor plans. I color coded the space that are private as red and public as blue. I also put dashed lines to indicate how the circulation takes place and numbered all the spaces to make the floor plans easy to read.
Hello, Guranter. From the beginning of this project you have been working very hard with intriguing yet difficult shapes and volumes. At the same time you have been trying very hard to come up with a "clean" and functional design solution. While your design is not 100% complete, I think that to a large extend you have been successful with the above goal and this is very admirable. I would still like to see how the apartment units can be accessed from the main building. I would also like to see more information about how your outdoor theater works in the location you chose. On the restaurant level, the kitchen (20) could work better if it was located where the staff room (15) is. Also, the servicing of the extra dining area is extremely difficult. All these though are problems that can easily be resolved. Good luck with your upcoming presentation!
