Hello, Guranter. The way you organize your spaces seems to make sense (not entirely sure about having the film studio next to the rest rooms). I look at your floor diagrams and I suspect that your massing has now changed. If this is the case then I am curious to see how it looks now. If anything, the model images you posted last month suggested very elegant forms. I am also curious to see how you plan to "tie" everything together (i.e main building and suites). Also, have you looked at your design from the ground level?
Left field thought: start with your envelope and rework the core to actually work in the space. There is nothing to indicate that the elevators cannot be on the exterior wall, or the stairs not a perfect template from graphic standards. The core is creating some of the weird relationships in your plans. Another approach to a core is to integrate some of all of the restroom functionality into that space. practically, it simplifies plumbing. aesthetically, it opens up more space for spatial exploration.
